Job Title:
Tax Return Reviewer, Global Mobility Services

Job Responsibilities:
- Review and sign Individual Income Tax Returns for global assignees, ensuring accuracy and promptness to meet client deliverables
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on tax compliance issues, fostering their professional development in this area
- Stay abreast of updates in tax legislation and regulations that may impact international assignees
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize tax compliance processes

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in expatriate or individual tax
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Prior experience at an accounting firm
- Licensed CPA, JD/LLM or Enrolled Agent, or any other credential listed on the company's approved credential listing
- Ability to mentor staff

Salary Information:
The salary ranges for this position may vary based on location and other factors. The company complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as the applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations. The California Salary Range is $66,300 - $133,700.
