Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience is necessary.
- Possession of one or more of the following credentials or certifications is required: CPA License, Level 3 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA, or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance, or Hospitality. Alternatively, a State Appraiser License, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or achieving certification of CRE, CRI, and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMP is acceptable.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $134,000 - $410,000, with individuals potentially eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
