H2: Tax Senior Manager Role at Moss Adams - Orange County, CA

- Competitive salary range of $138,000-$254,000 based on experience, skillset, and location
- Full-time, regular employee status with potential for annual discretionary bonus
- Primary location in Orange County, CA
- Opportunity to work with middle-market clients, not-for-profit organizations, and high net worth individuals
- Foster a culture of talented individuals who care about clients and communities
- Develop and execute business development plan to expand client base
- Serve as primary engagement manager with economic responsibilities for billing, realization, and collections
- Utilize technology and resources to maximize technical application and hold engagement team to high standard
- Collaborate with client's management to determine appropriate tax objectives, scope, and methodology
- Develop and train team members in client engagement management and technical expertise
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience, including 4 years of supervising and training
- CPA or Bar License required
- Subject matter expert in corporate, partnership, individual or trust and estate taxation
- Proven success managing multiple client engagements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
