Job Summary:
The . Private Bank is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Private Banker. This role is responsible for providing top-notch financial advice to clients, with a focus on building, preserving and managing their wealth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking or financial services, along with proven sales success and a deep understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts. This position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000-$225,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, providing targeted advice and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Generate business results and acquire new assets through both existing client base and new client acquisition
- Advise clients on overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, and credit and banking needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients
- Connect clients across all lines of business within . Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with clients' short, medium, and long term goals through holistic planning approach
- Adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and six or more years of experience in private banking or financial services
- Series 7, 66, and insurance licenses required (unlicensed candidates considered, but must obtain licenses within 90 days)
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Established network and strong community presence
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking
- Client-focused and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach to business
- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments
