Job Title:
Senior Product Counsel, Lending/CK Money Products

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new features to provide customers faster access to money.
- Assess legal risks and offer practical, velocity-driven guidance to stakeholders.

Education and Experience Information:
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory issues in the lending and money movement space and communicate these to executives.
- Ability to handle complex commercial contracts and manage relationships with bank partners.
- Ability to offer actionable and practical advice to facilitate new initiatives and product features.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments.
- Background in product launches and advising on legal and regulatory aspects of product development in financial services or fintech.
- Experience with consumer lending products and consumer protection laws (., UDAAP, FCRA, ECOA, TILA, SCRA/MLA).
- Experience advising on servicing and collection requirements for consumer lending products (., FDCPA, Regulation F).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Intellectual creativity and a problem-solving approach involving smart legal risks.
- JD from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state Bar.

Salary Information:
The base salary range for this role is $241,000 - $269,298, plus equity and benefits.
