Duties

  • Represent clients in complex intellectual property litigation matters

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery

  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials

  • Collaborate with partners and other associates across offices

  • Support case strategy development and client communications

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience practicing law at a large law firm

  • Prior experience in intellectual property disputes/litigation

  • Active bar membership in the state of the office location applied to

Education

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited . law school

Certifications

  • Active and in-good-standing membership with a . state bar (required for the specific office location)

    • Mid-Level Associate: $310,000–$390,000
