**Members Only**, a national law firm with offices in Washington . and Baltimore, MD, is expanding to the Boise, ID area and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. With a focus on medical malpractice, slip and fall, wrongful death, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and workers compensation, we are dedicated to providing top-tier legal representation to our clients. As an Associate Attorney at Slocumb Law Firm, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury litigation matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. This will involve drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, conducting depositions, representing clients in court hearings, and preparing cases for trial. You will also collaborate with assigned legal assistance to develop case strategies and prepare for trial, conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda, maintain regular communication with clients, and engage in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel.

To be considered for this role, you must be currently licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho and have 2-3 years of personal injury litigation experience. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of personal injury law, demonstrated experience in all phases of litigation, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational skills, proven negotiation skills, and proficiency with case management software and litigation support tools. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
