International Tax Services - Manager
Job Responsibilities
The role of an International Tax Services Manager involves working within the department to assist company in addressing their cross-border tax requirements both locally and globally. This includes managing global tax rates, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and responding to regulatory inquiries. The manager will gain a global perspective on tax issues resulting from changes in business structures and geographic expansions. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising, developing, and coaching teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams.
- Independently solving and analyzing complex tax problems to develop exceptional deliverables.
- Leveraging company's methodologies and technology resources to deliver high-quality work.
- Cultivating meaningful client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Inspiring the team while upholding the company's quality standards.
- Implementing digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies in tax services.
Education and Experience Information
Candidates for the International Tax Services Manager position should have:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Credentials such as CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific qualifications may qualify candidates for this opportunity.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or a Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation is required.

- Knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation.
- Experience in international taxation consulting.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is based on roles located in Maryland, and actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
