Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents including letters, pleadings, contracts, and discovery.
- Conduct legal and social media research.
- Engage in phone and in-person meetings with clients to answer their questions.
- Respond to messages on the same day they are received.
- Finalize projects on time and complete job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must have a Utah Bar License or be an accredited law school graduate awaiting bar admission.
- Preferably possess some litigation, pre-law related work experience, or other legal experience.
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible with the ability to multitask.
- Capable of working independently with initiative.
- Able to produce high-quality work efficiently.
- Positive and eager to learn.
- Able to follow directions and work well in a small team environment.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and legal research databases like Westlaw or Lexis.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research skills.

Salary Information:
- Starting Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses.
- Health and dental insurance stipend.
- 2 weeks paid vacation and 2 weeks paid sick leave.
- 6 paid holidays and 6 flexible holidays.
- Paid Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and bar section renewal fees.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday with flexible times, and very occasional weekend projects.
