Duties:
Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies and tax planning
Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Counsel charitable organizations on structuring and compliance
Handle trust and probate administration and related controversies
Provide general business transaction advice to estate planning clients
Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on complex matters
Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant legal experience in trusts, estates, and tax planning
Demonstrated experience drafting estate planning documents and advising on tax matters
Background in finance or accounting strongly preferred
Excellent legal judgment and professional ethics
Strong client communication and service orientation
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Strong academic performance preferred
Certifications:
Admission to the Missouri Bar (or eligibility to become admitted)
