Position: Litigation Attorney

Job Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of litigation matters, which include:
- Case assessment and strategy development
- Drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Negotiating settlements
- Representing the company in court hearings and trials, if necessary
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on various litigation-related issues
- Collaborate with outside counsel as needed
- Stay current with legal developments and industry trends

Education and Experience Information

- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
- 10+ years of litigation experience, preferably in-house or at a reputable law firm
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and related areas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills

Salary Information

- Pay Range: $200,000 - $225,000 per year
