Duties:
Manage a varied caseload, including complex individual plaintiff cases and large-scale legal proceedings like MDLs and JCCPs
Independently take depositions and argue motions
Draft and review legal documents with precision and clarity
Collaborate with a dynamic legal team and participate in strategic decision-making
Engage in continuous legal research and maintain an understanding of evolving legal standards in sexual assault and trauma practice
Contribute to the firm's growth by building client relationships and providing effective legal guidance
Requirements:
5-8 years of litigation experience
Active CA Bar Admission
Strong background in plaintiff litigation, particularly in trauma and sexual assault cases
Excellent writing skills and legal research abilities
Proven ability to take depositions and argue motions independently
Strong problem-solving and case management skills
Commitment to the firm's mission-driven work and values
