Job Responsibilities
- Assume a significant role in employment litigation, including extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel.
- Engage in multiple writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities.

Education and Experience Information
- degree required.
- Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington.
- During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- Candidates must possess 3 or more years of employment litigation and/or employment law counseling experience.
- Class action experience is a plus.
- Outstanding academic record preferred (Top 25% of law school class).

Salary Information
- In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected base salary range for this position is between $185,000 and $220,000.
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
