Organization is currently seeking highly qualified interns to join our team at the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. We are dedicated to providing top-notch legal representation to the six million residents of Missouri and are looking for interns who share our commitment to making a difference in the State. Our main office is located in Jefferson City, with additional offices in other major cities in Missouri. We offer internships during the academic year and over the summer, and students can choose to receive class credit or monetary compensation.
We are seeking law students, but also welcome undergraduates who are interested in gaining valuable legal experience. Previous legal experience is a plus, but not required. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are highly valued. If you are passionate about serving the citizens of Missouri and making a positive impact in the State, we encourage you to apply for our Legal Intern position at Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with legal research and writing
- Observe and participate in court proceedings
- Attend meetings and conferences with attorneys
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct factual investigations and interviews
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in law school or undergraduate program
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Passion for public service and making a difference in the community
