Duties:

• Manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases

• Draft pleadings and legal documents

• Review accounting breakdowns for unpaid assessments

• Handle court and client deadlines efficiently

• Prepare for and attend court hearings

• Communicate with clients and build strong professional relationships

• Network with clients and industry professionals

• Work with an experienced support team to ensure effective case management

• Advise clients on litigation strategies and post-judgment collection actions

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia

• Experience in collections and general civil litigation preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar License in the State of Georgia

Skills:

• Litigation experience, particularly in creditor’s rights and collections

• Proficiency in legal research and writing

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
