Duties:
Manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases
Draft pleadings and legal documents
Review accounting breakdowns for unpaid assessments
Handle court and client deadlines efficiently
Prepare for and attend court hearings
Communicate with clients and build strong professional relationships
Network with clients and industry professionals
Work with an experienced support team to ensure effective case management
Advise clients on litigation strategies and post-judgment collection actions
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Georgia
Experience in collections and general civil litigation preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple cases effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active Bar License in the State of Georgia
Skills:
Litigation experience, particularly in creditor’s rights and collections
Proficiency in legal research and writing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Client-focused approach with attention to detail
