The Associate Attorney in the Family Law Practice is responsible for managing cases related to divorce and family law, including handling the TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) process and procedures. The attorney is expected to work closely with clients to understand their needs and advocate on their behalf in legal proceedings. The job involves drafting legal documents, filing motions, and representing clients in court. Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a valid Bar license, indicating that the candidate must have completed a law degree and passed the bar examination in the relevant jurisdiction. Salary Information:
The salary for the Associate Attorney position ranges from $60,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
