Job Title: Evisort Technical Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
The Evisort Technical Consultant plays a vital role in the Professional Services Organization at the company, focusing on delivering Contract Intelligence and Workflow solutions to customers. The position involves several key responsibilities, including:
- Demonstrating product expertise in the CLM or Business App platform.
- Providing top-quality service engagements for large or strategic customers, serving as the lead technical engineer and/or advisor.
- Following the Professional Services implementation standards and methodology.
- Validating, gathering, and assessing complex solutions to make thoughtful and appropriate recommendations to customers.
- Gaining proficiency in the configuration and integration of solutions.
- Initiating, suggesting, and helping create repeatable business processes and artifacts for scaling the organization.
- Developing high expertise across the CLM or Business App platform.
Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of external consulting experience in business process analysis, requirements generation, solution design, configuration, customization, and SaaS project delivery, including custom API-based integrations.
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability in CLM, Contract Intelligence (AI), with expertise in platforms such as **Members Only**, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and other CLM solutions. Knowledge of architecture, API, and data and process flows is a large plus.
- 3+ years of experience scoping and selling Statements of Work (SOWs).
- 2+ years of advanced scripting skills (., Python, Java).
Other Qualifications:
- A recognized degree in computer science, legal (JD), or business administration.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering custom API integrations, including integration architecture, endpoint guidance, and fix support, as well as support for deploying managed packages/connectors.
- Mature frameworks for migration of unstructured and structured data.
- Delivery and support of systems used in legal operations, contract management and administration, commercial contract management, and administration.
- Solid grasp of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, documented, and translated into technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of taking technical specifications and configuring/implementing them into a solution.
- Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Capable of working on or directing a team through a fast-paced and complex project.
- Excellent verbal and written business interpersonal skills, including escalation management and information presentation.
- Strong follow-through, ownership, and responsibility on tasks assigned.
Salary Information:
**Members Only** Pay Transparency Statement indicates that the annualized base salary ranges for the primary and additional locations are as follows:
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $111,900 USD - $167,900 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $94,500 USD - $167,900 USD
For Colorado, the pay range for this job is $99,500 - $149,200 USD based on the minimum and maximum pay range for that role if performed in Colorado.
The role may also be eligible for the **Members Only** Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
