Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a mid-senior level Finance Associate with experience in sponsor or lender-side finance. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders (such as investment and commercial banks, business development companies, or other debt financing providers) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in complex financing transactions, including acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance ;Location:Los Angeles, CADuties:Represent lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions, including acquisitions, buyouts, and restructurings.Handle corporate finance transactions, including special situations and debt financing deals.Draft, negotiate, and review financing documents.Provide legal counsel to clients involved in sophisticated financial transactions.Collaborate with senior partners and team members to manage and execute deals.Engage in client interactions and strategic legal advice on finance-related matters.Requirements:Mid-senior level experience in sponsor or lender-side finance.Experience at a peer law firm representing lenders and/or borrowers in complex financing transactions.Strong knowledge of corporate finance, buyouts, restructurings, and debt financing.Ability to draft and negotiate financing agreements and legal documents.Excellent communication and client management skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.Education:. from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the relevant state bar.Skills:Strong understanding of finance law and corporate transactions.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.Ability to manage complex financing deals and provide strategic legal guidance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communicator with clients and team members.Benefits:Performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package (details to be provided).
