Duties:

• Represent clients in complex probate litigation, including will and trust contests, fiduciary disputes, and elder financial abuse claims

• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings with strategic depth and accuracy

• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings

• Collaborate with certified specialists, forensic professionals, and litigation support teams

• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure meticulous attention to detail in case management

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys or litigation staff when applicable

• Uphold professional standards and ethical advocacy in all client interactions

Requirements:

• Experience in probate or trust litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently

• Strong knowledge of California probate and trust laws

• Exceptional writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills

• Capacity to balance strategic vision with tactical execution

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the State Bar of California, active and in good standing
