Job Title: Senior eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior eDiscovery Project Manager in the Client Services department is tasked with leading the management of client relationships by effectively coordinating and executing projects. Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the primary liaison with key client representatives and managing the service delivery relationship for assigned projects.
- Ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.
- Working with clients to establish best practices and addressing any prioritization issues.
- Providing high-level consultative input to clients and staff, focusing on advanced analytics and technology-assisted reviews.
- Preparing and implementing project forecasts and work schedules for assigned projects.
- Ensuring client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy through regular communication with both clients and internal partners.
- Managing and reporting to clients on project budgets and financial status.
- Providing strategic and tactical guidance to deliver best practices for Client Services and within the eDiscovery business unit.
- Maintaining proactive communication with clients and addressing or escalating client issues as needed.
- Keeping an up-to-date record of the status of all projects.
- Providing substantive oversight to client-specific projects on a daily basis.
- Demonstrating leadership to both clients and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
- Leading the team by assessing and developing employees through continuous training and mentoring.
- Instilling confidence with the client and serving as a primary public face of the company’s high-quality service delivery.
- Assisting the Client Services Manager in evaluating team bandwidth and delegating tasks internally.
- Working with the Client Services Manager in assessing potential candidates and implementing onboarding sessions.
- Participating in and taking ownership of regional and global initiatives as a representative for the regional location.
- Identifying areas for improvement in internal workflow and projects in a solution-oriented fashion.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for this role should possess:

- A solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, typically gained through at least 4 years of experience in project management positions within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers.
- Evidence of emerging leadership and staff development skills to motivate staff members and provide professional growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills that provide a confident leadership presence.
- Excellent client relationship skills, including the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs, and adapt company capabilities to meet client requirements.
- A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively control all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production, develop project plans, balance client requirements, build relationships, and review financial and billing information to meet deadlines consistently.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is required. A graduate degree such as a Juris Doctorate (JD) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years of consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is $115, to $140, USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. The specific salary will be determined based on several factors, including:

- Location-based market rate for the role.
- The candidate's abilities in relation to the job specification.
- Performance during screening and interview.
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
