Introducing an Exciting Role at **Members Only**: Associate General Counsel for Health Wearables

**Members Only** is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Reality Labs product team as an Associate General Counsel. This role will play a crucial part in providing legal support for the development and sale of consumer health devices and features, ensuring compliance with US and international regulations. The ideal candidate will have a . degree and 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in the medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing legal support for **Members Only**'s Wearables product team, including advising on regulatory requirements for the sale and development of regulated features.
- Supporting market access activities, such as insurance reimbursements.
- Building close relationships with business clients and other members of the legal department to support business objectives.
- Applying a risk-based analysis to legal issues and demonstrating innovation and flexibility in developing solutions.

Qualifications:

- . degree (or foreign equivalent) with membership in at least one . state bar.
- 8+ years of practicing attorney experience, including in-house and/or law firm experience.
- In-depth knowledge of US and international laws related to medical devices and digital health technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in product counseling, consumer law, and medical device regulations.
- Experience with structuring, negotiating, and analyzing agreements, including business associate agreements and HIPAA.
- Experience working with insurance companies or healthcare providers.
- Experience delivering regulatory advice for rapidly advancing technologies.
- Ability to apply a risk-based analysis to legal issues and develop innovative solutions.

Compensation:

- $198,000/year to $266,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
- Individual compensation will be determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
