Education and Experience Information:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- Requires 4 years of relevant experience.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Broad knowledge in partnership tax compliance.
- Proficiency in tax return production and audit defense.
- Proficiency in tax consulting and structuring.
- Client relationship management skills.
- Proven leadership in supervising and coaching teams.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $98,300 - $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is specific to roles based in Maryland, and actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Additional Information:
The position involves up to 20% travel and is a full-time role. The role is part of the company's State and Local Tax Financial Services practice, which helps clients address business issues related to business restructuring, adoption of new tax laws, and local tax developments. It focuses on areas such as abandoned and unclaimed property, income and franchise tax, payroll and employment tax, credits and incentives, and indirect tax.
