In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Direct and advise multinational enterprises on business decisions, taking into account tax risk profiles, effective tax rates, and cash postures
- Collaborate with colleagues to structure tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs
- Prepare and review complex tax models and assist with financial statement tax provision preparation
- Provide guidance on income tax treaty planning opportunities
- Work with alternative investment companies at all stages of the investment life cycle

Qualifications for this position include:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; advanced degrees preferred
- Knowledge of international and domestic tax laws
- Strong research and writing, Excel modeling, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and work well in a team
