Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager

Job Responsibilities:
As an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager, you will be part of the financial services tax team, focusing on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables.
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams.
- Independently solve and analyze complex problems.
- Utilize the company's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs.
- Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
- Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the company's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the position of Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager, candidates must have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 4 years of experience in relevant fields.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager position is $99,000 - $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, among others.

- The role requires travel up to 40%.
