Job Title: Health Care Transactions Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent a variety of health care sectors, including physician practices, telemedicine companies, and numerous health care entities and systems.
- Work with venture and private equity investors focused on the health care and life sciences sectors.
- Possess knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments and understand their effect and interplay in health care transactions.
- Handle day-to-day business matters affecting health care industry clients.
- Draft sophisticated transactional documents.
- Manage complex projects and matters.
- Train and mentor junior associates.
- Collaborate with senior partners and clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Assist in advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Health Care Practice Group.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must possess 3-6 years of transactional experience, with a focus on health-care clients.
- AmLaw 100 experience is preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials, writing, and communication skills are required.
- A JD from an ABA-approved law school is required.
- Candidates must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar in their jurisdiction(s) of practice.
- Timely admission to the Bar coinciding with the office of hire is a condition of employment.

Salary Information:
- The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 - $390,000.
- Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
