Job Title: Mid-Level Construction & Design Associate Job Responsibilities: The Mid-Level Construction & Design Associate will be responsible for handling a variety of construction law matters. This includes working on construction and design contracts using different project delivery systems and managing litigation matters related to construction projects, both public and private. The associate will be involved in major development projects and will have meaningful client contact, benefiting from high-quality mentoring, training, and cross-office collaboration. Education and Experience Information: - A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited university is required. - The candidate should possess 3-5 years of sophisticated construction law experience, particularly in industrial, multi-family, commercial, and large residential development matters. - Prior clerkship experience at the appellate or federal level is preferred. - Active membership in or commitment to applying for the Washington State Bar is necessary. Salary Information: The pay range for this position in the State of Washington is $218,000 - $248,000. However, the base compensation presented to a candidate may vary based on skills and overall experience. This information is provided in accordance with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.
