Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on complex trust and estate planning matters
- Assist clients with creating and administering family offices, as well as administering, decanting, and modifying complex trusts
- Advise on tax planning strategies related to business interests, art, and other special assets
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive and effective solutions for clients
- Stay current on changes and developments in trust and estate laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Two to eight years of relevant transactional experience in trust and estate planning
- Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Admitted to practice law in the state of Washington or eligible for admission by reciprocity
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
