Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in landlord/tenant disputes, managing cases from start to finish.
• Draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and represent clients in virtual and in-person court proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel to landlords, property managers, and business owners on real estate matters.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Occasionally teach and present legal concepts to the public.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in Washington State (candidates awaiting bar results with relevant experience may be considered).
• 0-5 years of experience in landlord/tenant law or real estate law (preferred).
• Strong research, writing, organizational, and case management skills.
• Confident in courtroom settings and client interactions.
• Positive, resourceful attitude with a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable with virtual court hearings and using remote collaboration tools and legal technology.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain a license).
