Job Title: Financial Services Global Structuring - Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's legal entity information database, focusing on tax attributes.
- Lead teams and oversee client accounts, ensuring strategic planning and mentoring of junior staff.
- Assure project success by upholding exceptional standards and motivating team members to deliver quality work.
- Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations.
- Implement technology-enabled solutions for tax advisory, driving digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies.
- Develop new skills and act to resolve issues that prevent the team from working effectively.
- Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage ownership of personal development.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet the company's or client's expectations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study preferred.
- Master of Laws in Taxation preferred.
- Experience with private equity ownership structures.
- Knowledge of . tax concepts and classifications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in automation and digitization.
- Building and utilizing client relationships.
- Supervising teams for tax compliance.
- Coaching staff with meaningful feedback.
- Developing new relationships and selling services.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $98,300 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
