The candidate will be responsible for eDiscovery work on complex litigation matters. Supervise and coordinate project execution to meet project timelines, budgets and standards. Draft and negotiate discovery-related protocols, orders and agreements. Serve as point of contact with DLA case team, including partners, and/or client regarding eDiscovery project execution, implementation and status. Coordinate with case teams, clients and vendors on the identification and collection of client data. Create accurate budgets/estimates for review projects, as well as monthly revenue forecasting and monthly invoice review. Create and manage document review workflows, including QC process. Oversee the preparation of document productions. Provide guidance and training to review attorneys to sustain and improve work product and performance. Juris Doctor (JD) or . is required. Must have 3-5 years of experience (in-house, law firm, government, etc.) working in eDiscovery. Should have knowledge and experience with all aspects of the EDRM, and a willingness and interest to gain further experience in each of those aspects. Must be admitted to the Bar in the state of practice.
