Job Title: International Tax Mergers and Acquisitions Services - Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions.
- Analyze international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses.
- Motivate, develop, and inspire team members to deliver quality work.
- Coach and leverage team member’s unique strengths, managing performance to meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the company.
- Lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating the company’s purpose and values.
- Embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
- 4 years of experience in the field.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Knowledge in cross-border M&A transactions and international taxation consulting.
- Experience in public accounting practices.
- Ability to perform financial analyses for transactions, analyze structural realignment and financial statements, and improve tax efficiencies in M&A context.
- Skills in building and utilizing client relationships, managing project workflow and budgets, and supervising teams and coaching staff.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
