Job Title:
Tax Senior Manager, Federal Tax - Flow-Thru (Remote Option)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for a variety of Asset Management clients.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to offer industry knowledge and experiences.
- Oversee a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope, acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects.
- Advise clients and be accountable for delivering high-quality tax service and advice.
- Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the company.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager:
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets.
- Collaborate with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the tax practice.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, or EA, in addition to others on the company's approved credential listing. Any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials. A recruiter can provide the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line.
- Prior experience with pass-through entities and partnerships.
- Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams.
Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager:
- Minimum of eight years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm.
- Experience mentoring and counseling staff-level team members.

California Salary Range: $135,700 - $273,400
