Job Title: Associate Corporate Counsel, Multi-Channel Fulfillment

Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Corporate Counsel for Multi-Channel Fulfillment is tasked with providing comprehensive legal support to the company's Multi-Channel Fulfillment business. The role is integral to the business, requiring the candidate to provide direct counsel to business leadership to guide business development. Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing and advising on legal issues related to new business features, products, and processes.
- Supporting escalations related to existing features or products.
- Drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Training business teams on legal and regulatory matters.
- Streamlining processes for supporting business clients to ensure a great customer experience.

The role demands high judgment, strong ownership, and detail-orientation, along with the ability to think creatively about complex problems. The successful candidate will work efficiently and independently, manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with business and across stakeholders, and provide effective advice in ambiguous situations. Proactiveness, curiosity, and a client-service orientation are key traits for success in this position.

Education and Experience Information:
Basic qualifications for the position include:

- A Juris Doctor degree and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of legal experience.
- Experience in private practice or in-house at a technology company or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications include:

- Experience in a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work.
- Experience working at a logistics company or supporting operational teams.
- Privacy experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally.

Salary Information:
The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400 per year in the lowest geographic market to $195,700 per year in the highest geographic market. Pay is determined by various factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a total compensation company, the organization may offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
