Law Firm Seeking Litigation Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah
**Members Only**, a leading regional law firm with national expertise, is currently seeking a litigation associate for our Salt Lake City, Utah office. Our firm is highly respected in the legal communities of Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and the Intermountain Region.
As a member of our litigation team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of disputes and provide litigation services for local, regional, and national companies. We are looking for an experienced attorney who can handle complex cases and provide top-notch legal services to our clients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs for complex litigation cases
- Successful track record of arguing motions and defending depositions
- Strong writing skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities
- Significant experience in handling complex civil litigation cases
- degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Utah or ability to be admitted by motion
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Good judgment and adherence to ethical standards
- Strong academic credentials
