The Role:

- Real Estate + Corporate Associate at law firm in Milan
- Full-time, permanent position in the Business - Corporate department
- Working with a diverse range of clients, including successful individuals, private capital, governments, charities, and start-ups
- Collaborative and agile working culture with a focus on people and future-oriented solutions
- Responsible for drafting and reviewing documents related to corporate and real estate transactions, as well as advising clients on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters
- Newly Qualified (NQ) or up to 2 years of Post Qualification Experience (2PQE) required
- Excellent academic background and fluency in Italian and English
- Experience abroad is an asset
- Strong IT skills and ability to work in a team

- Supporting senior team members in delivering successful transactions

Requirements:

- Newly Qualified (NQ) or up to 2 years of Post Qualification Experience (2PQE)
- Excellent academic background, with a minimum grade of 105/110
- Fluency in Italian and English, with an English proficiency level of C1 or above
- Experience abroad is an asset
- Enthusiastic and engaged attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in different offices
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel
