Medicare Advantage Member Retention Principal Divisional Strategy Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
The Medicare Advantage Member Retention Principal Divisional Strategy Consultant is tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Develop and drive key strategic initiatives aimed at reducing churn, enhancing member engagement, and improving overall satisfaction.
- Partner closely with markets and distribution channels to identify opportunities for deploying solutions that maximize member retention and long-term growth.
- Assist in crafting and implementing both short- and long-term divisional plans to strengthen Medicare member retention.
- Work in tandem with leadership and cross-functional teams to establish effective strategies and mitigation tactics.
- Address analytical and data needs pertinent to the division.
- Execute initiatives aligned with the business plan.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance metrics and competitive and market trends to support the division's overarching strategy.
- Drive results by working across departments in a matrixed environment.
- Work directly with corporate leadership to achieve strategic goals.
Education and Experience Information:
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in a health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of consulting experience involving strategic planning, business development, and financial management operations OR
- 8 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in the health care industry.
- Experience leading and formulating strategy with the ability to build strong connections with people and teams.
- Interpersonal skills, including presentation, written, and verbal communication.
- Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
- Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
- Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.
- Analytical, program management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Advanced degree such as Juris Doctor, MBA, or MHA.
- Expertise in Medicare Advantage, specialized in distribution, STARS, network, and/or product is strongly preferred.
Salary Information:
Compensation for this position ranges from $90, to $164,. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Additional Information:
- This is a Flex (Hybrid) role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote in any of the office locations listed: Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; Helena, MT; Tulsa, OK; Albuquerque, NM; or Richardson, TX.
