Job Description:

- Handle a full inventory of complex litigated and non-litigated files
- Appear and advocate on behalf of **Members Only** and its members
- Conduct all phases of personal injury litigation, including jury trials
- Responsible for handling complex legal matters and projects
- Serve as a resource for assigned legal disciplines
- Anticipate and advise on potential legal issues impacting insurance operations
- Mentor less senior attorneys

Required Experience, Education and Skills:

- Advanced degree in related area and state bar exam
- Certification(s) and/or licensure(s) in functional area
- 5+ years experience in insurance defense practice with courtroom and trial experience
- Knowledge of personal injury litigation and general liability insurance coverage
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to think and act independently in a client's best interest
- Knowledge and understanding of legal ethics

Salary Information:

- National average salary range for this position is $136,000 - $152,000
- Location-based compensation structure with full salary range of $122,000 - $182,000
- Opportunity for annual discretionary bonus of up to 10% of eligible pay through Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
- Available salary/hourly rate range will be disclosed during preliminary call with selected candidates
- Factors used to determine salary offered may include location, experience, and education
- Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US
