Job Title: Commercial Counsel

Job Responsibilities:

Primary support of the Sales organization: The Commercial Counsel will be primarily responsible for supporting the Americas Sales Team. This involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, which are essential for facilitating business transactions and partnerships.

Negotiating privacy and security terms: The role involves negotiating various privacy addendum agreements and security terms, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met in compliance with legal standards.

Project involvement: The candidate will work on a variety of cutting-edge projects to help the department scale, grow, and improve efficiency. This requires innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Training and interaction: The Commercial Counsel will be responsible for training and interacting with Sales, third-party partners, and customers, ensuring that all parties understand the legal implications of their agreements and transactions.
