Job Title: Specialized Tax Services - Energy Incentives & Credits Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead large projects and ensure their successful execution
- Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency, maintaining exceptional standards of operational excellence
- Engage with clients at a senior level to ensure project success and foster trust through open communication
- Motivate and coach diverse teams to solve complex problems, utilizing specialized technical knowledge and industry insights
- Leverage the company's broad service offerings to achieve results
- Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validating outcomes with clients
- Direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations
- Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels
- Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
- Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, the company's code of conduct, and independence requirements
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Engineering, Sustainable Resource Management, Environmental Health/Engineering, Computer and Information Science
- 6 years of experience
- One of the following credentials is preferred: CPA, Member of the Bar, Enrolled Agent, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials
- Basic accounting knowledge, with a preference for tax accounting
- Knowledge of engineering or sustainability projects
- Understanding of the Inflation Reduction Act and CHIPs Act of 2022
- Understanding of fixed asset tax depreciation methods and identifying between personal and real property
- Project management skills and the ability to communicate key propositions
- Experience in building and utilizing networks of client relationships
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $119,300 - $328,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus
- Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws

- The position may require travel up to 20%
