Job Title: Tax Manager - Financial Services - Customer Tax Operations and Reporting

Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to work with a range of clients in the financial services industry, and to become a trusted business advisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex challenges and a desire to make a positive impact in the world.

Responsibilities:
- Interact daily with colleagues, clients, and superiors on large and small projects
- Interpret IRS Code and Regulations, draft guidance, and develop business requirements
- Conduct gap analysis of clients' policies, procedures, and systems and make recommendations for improvement
- Prepare documentation and presentations, as well as train and manage staff
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments through frequent training and development opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, ., . in Taxation, and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax consulting or tax operational experience
- Licensed attorney, CPA, Project Management Professional, Six Sigma, Lean or equivalent certification preferred
