The Role

As a Senior Associate in the Investment Funds Practice, you will:

- Work as part of a team while also being a proactive self-starter
- Be the go-to person for analyzing problems and finding innovative solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Manage projects to plan and deliver high-quality work
- Use strategic priorities to focus business plans and development
- Act as a coach to junior team members and manage their work effectively
- Ensure compliance with best practices

Skills and Experience Required

- University law degree, ideally with a post-graduate degree in business law, business administration, or finance
- Registered attorney with the Luxembourg bar or able to exercise under foreign home title
- At least 7 years of experience in a leading law firm, preferably in Luxembourg
- Significant experience in structuring, launching, and operating investment funds
- Fluent in English and French, with German being an asset
