Summary:
The Senior Director, Compliance and Ethics at **Members Only** will be responsible for leading and implementing an effective enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and will oversee a team of compliance professionals. The program includes managing compliance investigations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing guidance on industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in healthcare legal, compliance, and ethics, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
