Job Title:
Tax Transformation – Strategy & Project Management Senior

Job Responsibilities:
The Strategy & Project Management Senior Consultant at the company plays a vital role in guiding the strategic direction of Tax Transformation. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the definition, management, and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborating across multiple projects to achieve business priorities.
- Partnering with technology and change professionals to leverage technology, process standardization, and other delivery enablers across initiatives.
- Engaging with Tax professionals to understand client service pain points, assess opportunities, and deliver process improvements.
- Using creative problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to Commercial initiatives.
- Effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels and building a network within Tax Transformation and across Tax to enhance work effectiveness.
- Preparing and supporting the delivery of executive-level presentations.

Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology-related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of client service experience in strategy and operations, technology consulting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering outstanding quality and meeting established deadlines.
- Ability to travel 25% on average, based on work and client needs.
- One of the following active accreditations is required, in process, or must be willing and able to obtain:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
- If not CPA eligible, then:
- Licensed Attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Technology Certifications:
- Certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master
- Certified SAFe® Scrum Master
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- UX or UX Master Certification
- Alteryx Designer- Advanced Certification
- Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
- Other: Vendor certification for management of implementations (Oracle, SAP, Thomson Reuters, etc.) or relevant industry certification such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), AWS (Amazon Web Services) or GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital transformation.
- Experience in end-to-end technology project delivery.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Project management skills.
- Process-driven thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Information:
The wage range for this role accounts for various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the geographic differential associated with the position's location. At the company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91,350 to $193,440.
Additionally, candidates may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the program's rules, with awards depending on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Note:
The position is available in multiple locations across the United States, including Austin, Denver, Houston, Jersey City, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and New York. The role requires a hybrid work model with co-location 2-3 days per week for US Tax professionals.
