Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services to partnerships for a variety of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to mid-market businesses
- Consult on transaction calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and other events throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team focused on high-quality partnership consulting and reporting, utilizing technology design and industry knowledge
- Lead, counsel, and train teams of tax professionals on process and tax technical aspects
- Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of ,400
