An established boutique law firm located in Long Beach, California is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney for a hybrid part-time or full-time position. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on matters involving real property, landlord-tenant law, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 years of relevant experience and possess strong legal research, drafting, and client interaction skills. The position includes the flexibility of remote work along with in-office collaboration.

Conduct legal research to support case strategy and client advisement
Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
Manage assigned caseloads, including deadlines and documentation
Represent clients in court hearings and legal proceedings
Participate in client consultations and maintain ongoing communication
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
1–2 years of experience in real property, landlord-tenant, or civil litigation
Demonstrated ability to handle client communications and case progression
Capable of working independently and within a small, collaborative legal team
Availability to work both remotely and in-office as required
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California
Strong legal research and writing skills
Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing case files
Excellent client consultation and interpersonal communication
High attention to detail and analytical reasoning
Ability to multitask and adapt in a boutique law firm environment
