Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal and factual research to support investigations
- Utilize electronic discovery tools and databases to review documents and identify relevant data
- Assist in preparing legal documents and motions
- Review documents for relevance and privilege
- Support attorneys with all phases of litigation

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw
- Proficiency in computer applications and ESI tools
- DOJ MBI obtainable (US Citizenship required)

Desired Qualifications:

- eDiscovery certifications
- Prior experience supporting the Federal Government
- Prior document review experience using Relativity
