Construction Defect Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Construction Defect Associate Attorney will be a vital member of the Construction Litigation Practice. The attorney will be responsible for handling all phases of insurance defense litigation. This includes case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. The role requires strong research and writing skills, as well as the ability to manage cases effectively. The attorney will work on defending property and personal injury claims for both businesses and individuals, whether insured or self-insured. The practice focuses on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. The attorney will collaborate with seasoned trial attorneys and partners who have significant trial experience.

Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must have one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in insurance defense litigation or a related field.
- Strong research and writing skills are essential.

- Experience in case management, motion practice, discovery, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials is preferred.
