Education and Experience Information
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, or International Business is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
- Job seekers must meet the minimum requirements for CPA licensures as per respective state regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Public Administration is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, Member of the Bar, American Society of Appraisers, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants are advantageous.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing concepts and financial transactions is beneficial.
- Experience in managing functional analysis interviews, performing market studies, and industry research is valued.
- Ability to design and develop financial models is important.
- Proficiency in automation and digitization in tax services is a plus.
- Experience in pricing, client relationships, and negotiation processes is advantageous.
Salary Information
The salary range for the Transfer Pricing Senior Associate position is $77,000 - $214,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for the position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
