Job Title: Financial Risk and Regulatory - Resolution Planning - Senior Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze formal written narratives for stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Utilize knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance.
- Navigate complex situations to deliver quality work.
- Develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
- Uphold professional and technical standards, including adhering to the company's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics, Law, Finance, Economics, Financial Mathematics, Banking and Finance, Business Analytics, or Statistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience in recovery or resolution planning.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial institutions.
- Proficiency in governance and regulatory submissions.
- Understanding of balance sheet and liquidity management.
- Proficiency in financial services products and services.
- Ability to communicate complex messages clearly.
- Experience in managing client feedback and navigating ambiguity.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and client stakeholders.
Salary Information:
- Salary range: $84,000 - $202,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
- The position offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
