The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of real estate clients and build client relationships
- Work as part of a cross-functional team for clients
- Oversee financial performance of client engagements
- Advise clients and deliver high quality tax service and advice

Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience as a tax manager with a public accounting firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Proficiency in taxation of REITs, partnerships, and other flow-through entities
- Exceptional skills in reviewing 1120-REIT and 1065 tax returns
- Strong research and writing skills and working knowledge of REIT and partnership tax regulations
Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience as a tax manager with a public accounting firm
